Richard flair I have lived around the United States and Blue Knight Foods is by far the most awesome store I have ever shopped. I have saved up to 60% off on items while other items I have been told are there only for a convenience. I once bought some Bacon that I did not know was low sodium and no sugar and it tasted different, I wasn't even complaining but told a gentleman there who was shopping that I didn't care for this particular Bacon. I love this store Blue Knight is my favorite store because of all the deals you can get on canned goods and outdated foods. If not for this store we would not have much in way of snacks or canned goods. if you spend 100 dollars here...you can bet in a regular grocery it would have cost you at least 4 times that . Blue Knight is a great store and the staff is great too.
