RC was incredibly knowledgeable, timely and cost efficient. We were planning on ordering shutters online and installing ourselves before we got a quote from him. Not only was he faster with when we would receive the product but he was also thousands less than what we were quoted for online and the bonus for us in our situation was that his price included install. RC and Denise are great! I’m sad to see their location go in Murfreesboro but I know the Arrington one will be even better!
This is the second time we’ve used Blue House Blinds (and the second house). We wanted to compliment the 1940’s house we bought and they nailed it. RC and his team are the best - professional, easy to work with, great product, and good value. Can’t say enough good things - we’d recommend without reservations!
There were a couple issues with my blinds installation... the wands in the living room (about 8 windows) were different lengths, one of the blinds in the bedroom had defects/cracks on two of the slats, and the blinds on my backdoor were aligned in such a way that when they were open the wands would stick out at a 45 degree angle from the doors.
