New runners are also particularly prone to shin pain from the sudden, cumulative load involved in distance running. Saturday June 1st, 2019 marks the 10 year Anniversary of the BHSS Plymouth office. Amazing how fast ten years flew by. Thanks to all of our staff past and present. We have always had a fantastic team that has worked unselfishly hard to make a difference in other people’s lives. Much appreciation to all those who have supported us along the way. Special thanks to our patients, our families, our friends, and local physicians. Cheers and here’s to the future!

Our last wrist exercise this week is ulnar deviation. Hold a dumb bell or a hammer so it point behind you, then tip the weight upward towards the back of your forearm.
