Terrible customer service and billing. Trash pick up was ok though. When I canceled my service they switched my lass bill from the traditional mailed paper invoice to an online invoice, without notifying me of the change. My small proprated final payment of $27 (which would have been paid had I known it existed) turned into $52 with a $25 collection fee. Per Wendy the supervisor, it is blue hen policy not to send out 60 or 90 day invoices, but instead it goes right to collection. I guess they want to save money on... read more
