I called Blue Hawk Audio & Video to ask if they could install a dashcam I had already purchased. They refused, stating it would be a "liability" to install a product not bought through them. This was disappointing, especially since other reputable local shops (like those I’ve worked with in Grand Forks) have installed dashcams I purchased online without any issue. Stopped by to check it out on a whim. A week later I had a stereo installed in my RV. The day the parts arrived I got a text because Tanner knew we were heading out of town soon. The service is awesome. I’ll never go anywhere else. In fact, I’m considering taking some of my lunch breaks there just so I can hang out. They’re smart, kind, and fun.
