If you want TRUE western wear and REAL cowboy boots. Simply put, this is the place you have to go. The big box stores claiming to have “western boots and clothing” need to come here to see what real western bling is. Numerous choices and very reasonable prices on everything I looked at. Just recently, I called to ask about their horseback riding trails, and unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was very rude. I stayed on the line, asked my questions, and thanked her for the information she provided. However, I also let her know that I would not be choosing their business due to the way I was treated. She explained that they receive a lot of spam calls, but I don’t feel that justifies speaking to customers in that manner. The front desk lady is incredibly rude, the riding path is alongside the road and through at least two people's back yards, there is a very small wooded section that does not last long. The weight of the rider is not accounted for when the horse being ridden is decided, there was a maybe 210 pound man riding a pony on my ride, the man's child did not seem comfortable on her horse at all.
