It was the most difficult decision I ever had to make when considering moving my husband to Blue Haven. He had a hard time adjusting to his new surroundings and was quite a challenge for the staff at the beginning. I know they had their hands full, that's for sure. My Mom is in Blue Haven Memory care and I am pleased with the care she is receiving. All her care givers are very pleasant and seem to take Moms personal needs into consideration. They have been prompt in letting me know of any situation that Mom is dealing with and are eager to involve me in a solution to make her more comfortable. I would recommend Blue Haven to anyone searching for a “Home” for a loved one in need.

Having to put my brother in Memory Care was a difficult but necessary decision. I toured other facilities and have 40 years of medical background, Blue Haven was a blessing to find. My brother couldn’t be in better hands. The staff are kind, well trained, and attentive. The place is designed to be a home for the residents, they are cared for as individual people all with different needs, not like sheep being heard around. Money doesn't appear to be the main motive behind the operation of Blue Haven. Lyle's has had use of a toilet seat and hospital bed/mattress with no extra charge. In fact, unlike my prior experience, I haven't been charged any extra fees or costs. Their "mission statement" in actual fact is based on responsible, skilled and caring people helping residents and their families in need. Amazing group of employees who show compassion, love, dedication to all of the residents. My family member was one of the unforgettable ones to go to this facility. They took her one step at a time, we're patient and kept us informed every step of the way. She is now settling in to her new place with a routine. Thank you everyone at Blue Haven from the bottom of my family's heart.
