I have gone in there recently and let me just say the dynamics have changed drastically for the better! Blue haven is somewhere I would feel comfortable leaving my loved one now!
Every-time I come to this facility the care team and management goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and appreciated, I would definitely recommend this facility! Thank you blue haven for the care your staff provides for your patients and for the welcoming, well taken care of environment you provide.
Management is terrible, I hope the care staff can find careers where they will be respected.
The staff at Blue Haven Memory Care in Independence are professional and compassionate. Each resident is respected and cared for in a way that respects their individual personalities. The building is well maintained, both inside and out. Well done and thank you for taking such good care of our community members.
I genuinely have been extremely pleased by the staff and management at this facility, especially regarding treating the residents with the upmost respect. My grandfather’s mood has drastically improved since moving to blue haven I cannot recommend this facility enough!
