Management is terrible, I hope the care staff can find careers where they will be respected.
The staff at Blue Haven Memory Care in Independence are professional and compassionate. Each resident is respected and cared for in a way that respects their individual personalities. The building is well maintained, both inside and out. Well done and thank you for taking such good care of our community members.
I genuinely have been extremely pleased by the staff and management at this facility, especially regarding treating the residents with the upmost respect. My grandfather’s mood has drastically improved since moving to blue haven I cannot recommend this facility enough!
Blue Haven is a great community. I have been to the community on multiple occasions visiting my mom who works there. They've always been friendly and nice to me. I recommend the staff highly.
