Would give zero stars, If I could. Unfortunately not an option. Have tried to contact a loved one for almost two weeks. However, this has been impossible. Receptionist transfers me to a RN and call disconnects, phone rings out and advertising messages repeats over and over constantly. Tonight, I finally had someone answer (prior to 6pm) and was assured that I would receive a call within 5 minutes, 3 hours later, still waiting. Short visit but it seemed clean and organised
Most staff are caring, others not so much. Management give no answers to questions.
My Mother is a Resident at this Nursing Home and is happy there, the facilities are well set up and the staff are very caring towards the residents and visitors.
