I cannot express how wonderful this Nursing Home is , the staff are so caring I visit every couple of weeks to see my Aunt and Uncle and they are so well looked after. Thank you 🙏
My siblings and I couldn’t have been happier with the exceptional care and attention our father received whilst a client of Hall & Prior/Blue Haven Kiama. Their warm care was evident from top to bottom. From the Director of Nursing, RN’s, EN’s, Nurse aides, Ancillary staff, cleaners, clerical, maintenance, the entire staff, their kindness and concern for his wellbeing and contentment was paramount. Thank you for making the end stage of his life so comfortable and peaceful.
Would give zero stars, If I could. Unfortunately not an option. Have tried to contact a loved one for almost two weeks. However, this has been impossible. Receptionist transfers me to a RN and call disconnects, phone rings out and advertising messages repeats over and over constantly. Tonight, I finally had someone answer (prior to 6pm) and was assured that I would receive a call within 5 minutes, 3 hours later, still waiting. Short visit but it seemed clean and organised
Most staff are caring, others not so much. Management give no answers to questions.
