Just a note for rug buyers--rugs are not returnable. As a courtesy, they will take rugs back that were "special ordered," (aka rugs that are in stock and ready to ship the next day), but they charge a 20% restocking fee. That was disappointing to me, and I will not be ordering from them again. If the problem is the supplier, I think that Blue Hand Home would be smart not to represent them, be very upfront that rugs are not returnable, or absorb the 20% fee.
Another outstanding interaction with Blue Hand. Ordered a Noir chair to match one I had bought previously. Blue Hand had the best price, fast service, and delivery schedule was just as advertised. Highly recommended.
