Receptionist was the rudest person that I've ever met at age 50. I called my company from the lobby and requested to go somewhere else. So instead of driving 20 miles to get my tests, i drove 45 miles to another facility the next day to Concerta off of Sharkey Way in Lexington and had a good experience. The staff there were friendly unlike this place where they are rude and act like they are put off by you walking thru the door
I got to the clinic for a TB skin test that I didn’t get tk do on my physical exam date. They told me come back when you can and we’ll get you in and out. I show up at 8:15 and am told to take a seat. I ask if I need to sign in or fill out any paperwork and am told no your good. An hour later I’m asked to sign in and fill out some paperwork.
