This bank is very clean and small business friendly, which I loved since it caters to my business. The best part is that they treat you like family. Karen and Angel both helped open my accounts and help me with everything instead of me having to call a customer service line. They are very professional and truly the best!
Only reason I have accounts here is because I was a Boiling Springs bank customer. They are giving me garbage interest on multiple MM accounts and CDs. Also charging me monthly fees on MM accounts. I'll be going to Kearny bank where I feel welcome and know the staff.Boiling Springs was a Rutherford institution and got its name from the original name of Rutherford which was Boiling Springs. As another review noted some of the accociates aren't friendly. Rutherford office is strange. No tellers, just people in cubicles.
