Have been trying to speak to someone in “member solutions” but they are never available even during business hours. I have been told that someone will call me back and yet to hear back. Terrible experience with this lender

Love Meagan and her team. They have helped us for several years through many tough problems. Always responsive, easy to get a hold of. They help make sure we are good with our debit cards, accounts or any questions we may have. Megan makes sure we are maximizing the amount of interest we get on our savings.
