I applied for a Heloc. Hailie Ramirez was my point of contact. They wasted my time, extremely unprofessional and very un helpful. I supplied all the documents they needed except for an extra form needed from my solar company. They pulled my credit of course. Then when she said she would help get that document, I never heard back from her…she would never follow up and when I reached out it would take her days to get back to me if she ever did.
We had the best, most seamless experience today with Hailie! She was amazing, professional, and made the entire process quick and effortless. We were in and out with no hassle. Thank you so much for all your help, we truly appreciate it!
