This driver has absolutely no consideration for elderly patients. The drivers are extremely unprofessional loudly talking on the phone on speaker with zero regard for people coming out of hospitals or surgery. On top of that, they’re disrespectful. Zero stars... The driver didn't show. The dispatcher kept giving false ETAs, which caused me to be in the cold too long. I ultimately had to cancel my appointment. Should be able to sue them for this.
The most unreliable car service I've ever encountered. I waited over 1 1/2 hours for a pick up from an appointment that was scheduled over a week ago. It was the dispatchers demeanor that really put me off by telling me there were no cars available and i just had to wait.
