Zero stars... The driver didn't show. The dispatcher kept giving false ETAs, which caused me to be in the cold too long. I ultimately had to cancel my appointment. Should be able to sue them for this.
The most unreliable car service I've ever encountered. I waited over 1 1/2 hours for a pick up from an appointment that was scheduled over a week ago. It was the dispatchers demeanor that really put me off by telling me there were no cars available and i just had to wait.
