I’m happy to change my review and rating after a problem was resolved. I had an issue with a check and was not very happy and then I was able to discuss it with Becky and she was able to reach a resolution for me that I was happy with. The staff that I’ve dealt with so far have been great. So far it’s just been Becky and Mary that have helped me directly but both are great to deal with. Ive been battling some life trails and had dealt with alot that put me in situations with my loan, but in the process the Blue Eagle team has been nothing of short but amazing! Ive had so much support from understandings, to being a listening ear, giving me advice and just working with me overall to try and find a solution.
