Robyn did such a wonderful job cutting my hair. She makes you feel very welcome in her chair, has excellent communication with you and follows up through out the cut making sure its exactly what you want. I highly recommend her, I walked out feeling like completely new person.
Despite being a loyal customer for years, we have decided to seek hair care elsewhere after being informed for the first time - ever - that “there is a 5 minute late policy” when my Husband pitched in to take my daughter to her appointment after I became violently sick. Her appointment was at 2 pm and my Husband arrived with her at 2:07 pm. They refused to see my young daughter through no fault of her own and without any advance notice of said policy. Love the atmosphere here and everyone is very personal and friendly! All the services are great! I’ve been coming here for years now and love it!!
I was hesitant to leave this review because as soon as I do, y’all are gonna start booking with Sami And then I’m never going to get in again without waiting forever lol. I brought in my handy dandy Pinterest board so she could see the layers and bangs that I was looking for. I went in with long straggly hair that was all one length and very heavy, and I left a BoHo queen!
