Martin and Loren were amazing! They were super helpful and were able to take care of my son’s bike without any issues. They were both very communicative and super helpful during the process. I recommend anybody that needs an EBike or help with their EBike repairs to come here.
Just bought 2 bikes from here. They were very helpful and informative when I was deciding which ones I was going to buy. Went above and beyond to make it an easy and smooth process. Will definitely be going back in the future
My sons e-bike Super 73 stripped out his pedal and pedal arm on his sprocket - having no idea how to even begin looking for these parts- I reach out to Loren out in San Diego - keep in mind I'm in the Palm Desert area and still this gentleman all done over the phone took care of business for me - it is super rare to run across any one to go out of thier way like this guy has - I can only imagine that type of service this place offers in person. Thank you for your time Loren you helped me out a lot.
Great little bike shop with very knowledgeable people running it. I got a Ghostcat e-bike from them. The charger that came with the bike was faulty (no fault of the company). They got me a new one right away and all was good.
