Do not use this company. They will charge you a gratuity charge but their drives NEVER get the tips. They pocket them. I feel so bad for the drivers, they work so hard and get so little. Shame on this company for treating their workers like this. If you're going to collect a gratuity for the drivers, then have the decency to give it to them, OR, let them have a tip jar and tell the customers that you people in the office keep their tips. Shame on you all. I hope the IRS finds you.
