My 6kva generator from BD has run very well for years now. So that is good. However, I just discovered their service is also excellent - polite, helpful, looks to minimise cost and highly professional. Full credit to Ashley who came on site for his friendly and professional conduct and clear knowledge of the product. Well done.
A pity that they don't support their products with warranty. Sent photos of the problem and no warranty support. Won't be back for any future purchases
