I am reviewing customer service only: I spoke with two people today (Paul and Amy) and they were both friendly, extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions fully and professionally. They both stayed on the line as long as needed to help me. Truly outstanding. Updating this 9/25/25: I just spoke with a woman named Jeannine and had a similar experience. She was friendly, helpful, and answered my questions quickly and professionally.
I was scheduled to have a brain M.R.I tomorrow 8/5/25 and just received a denial letter 8/4/25. The company denying the claim is Carelon.
