Holy crap, issue-palooza
The absolute worst company, the have no interest in providing insurance. They just want to make a dollar.
I have called 3 times to find out why my diabetic medicine is not covered. Have been told it will be investigated and I would receive a call back within 48-72 hrs both times I have never received a call back. As a healthcare worker myself this is a slap in the face!
I was overcharged due to a Vermont health connect error that they rectified. By the time blue cross processed this error they had already overcharged me more than $2000. I had to call them again to request to have that refunded. They said the check should arrive in a few weeks. I just called again (3weeks later) and was told they never processed the request for the refund after it was very clearly stated by both parties I needed a refund.
