Called for info on my upcoming Medicare sign-up and how this will work with my insurance policy. While the person I spoke to did not have the direct answers for me she gave me the contact info for the Vermont Office I need to talk with and initiated a phone call herself to start the process. She was very polite and did all she could to make sure I can get the info I need.
I called bcbs, to follow up on coverage for a test. I called many days ago and never heard back from the bcbs vermont agent. Now I'm on hold phone with their office for 22 minutes!!! Hire some people!!!
