This has got to be the worst insurance company I have ever had to work with in my adult life. I have worked with other Blue Cross Blue Shields that are top notch, but this one is god awful. I have a plan through the Maine Insurance Marketplace because my current employer does not offer benefits. I thought getting a silver plan, which they tout to have the best benefits for the cost would be decent, but i was dead wrong. They fight you tooth and nail on everything you need. I would NOT recommend Anthem Blue Cross to my worst enemy. If I were you, I would run away from them as quickly as possible.
Bunch of scammers, my doctor calls in medicine for me and these crooks deny me. They are quick to take peoples money though but deny you when you need medicine.
