Good news! Anthem themselves is a pretty good insurer even though they've end my plan for my area for 2026. The big problem is Liberty dental and Nations benefits which are a bad trip!
Not happy about receiving phone calls at 8am and not just here and there it's been several for several mins lasting please remember your clients are mainly elderly and you should call after 10am.
Terrible. Meds are cheaper without insurance. The only impressive thing is how quickly they deny claims. Shame on this fraudulent company
This has got to be the worst insurance company I have ever had to work with in my adult life. I have worked with other Blue Cross Blue Shields that are top notch, but this one is god awful. I have a plan through the Maine Insurance Marketplace because my current employer does not offer benefits. I thought getting a silver plan, which they tout to have the best benefits for the cost would be decent, but i was dead wrong. They fight you tooth and nail on everything you need.
