Anthem denies every claim and makes you jump through hoops. Don't waste your money or time on this insurance company. It should be illegal what they do.
Horrible service and rotten company. Immediately you deal with a call service that has no idea what they are doing, impossible to contact actual anthem staff unless you go to Maine bureau of insurance. Which I recommend due to Anthems shady business practices. $400 bill I received from Maine health because Anthem refused to pay for it….2 years ago so I had no way to dispute this claim for a annual wellness check for my son. This company needs to go
