Too bad there is no zero stars! Don’t bother calling or speaking to anyone at Blue Cottage. Not reliable, high on being combative with no solutions. Something is very off about this business.
Janine and team provided excellent customer service. Always there for us in a pinch and very responsive when we had questions. Our summer season ran smoothly. I’d recommend Blue Cottage Linens to anyone.

Using Blue Cottage Linens was a terrific experience. The owner, Janine, was wonderful to interact with and the service was great. It was such a relief to arrive to the beds made in 7 bedrooms! The sheets were sparkly clean and super comfortable. And the refresh after week one was effortless (for me!). I highly recommend this service without any hesitation.
