I called customer service to get and explanation as to why the bill was so high. It was my misfortune to get "Myra" on the phone .She was cold and aloof. I simply needed to know why the bill was so high. i rated one star because the phone was answered.

worst phone company ever... wont answer phone and this is a phone company... we cancelled back in november and they still be charging us...
