My research of this facility has been very disappointing. Their staffing situation is concerning, and there appeared to be very little effective management or accountability on the floor. The administration team are lovely and welcoming. Rosalie is amazing and staff ensured my mums safety and happiness was met. Cannot say in words how amazing this place is.
The staff providing care at this aged care facility really do their best to provide the care required for residents but, from my experience, it was the management of this facility that didn't support their staff by not having a good ratio of staff to residents; regularly running out of &/or rationing basic supplies such as continence aids and hygiene wipes etc. (a mixture of budget saving strategy & poor ordering systems) where carers would resort to using incorrectly sized continence aids (which means these aids leak) & pap... read more
