The sheer energy and joyfulness that the staff put into creating a wonderful atmosphere for the residents is AMAZING. and unmatched to any of the other Aged Care homes I visit. You all should be proud of your efforts and know how much they are appreciated. Bravo and congratulations.
Staff communicate any issues with my father to me. I sometimes find in-house communication not consistent with limited communication at handovers
Very lovely facility. Good plans in place to make it even nicer for residents. Lots of space.
