Always looks clean and tidy with the yard constantly mowed and edged. There is pleanty of parking and a bus stop right in front of the entrance
My parents have only been there for a week tomorrow, but the staff have been fantastic, even helping us to organise a special little party this morning. Thankyou to everyone, it been a very pleasant experience.
Would not recommend this facility to anyone who needs care. Absolutely no communication. Won't listen to family concerns. Their bottom line is the most important thing. Blue Care means NO CARE. I would give no star but without giving a star can't leave a review. Staff are not the problem administration is. Obviously the centre isn't concerned about this review as yet I have had no answer. Same as usual nocommunication. Investigating this won't help my mum she passed away .
