My husband was there for a short time but it wasn’t a good experience the caregivers needs to be properly trained at the moment we only could see just lack of kindness.
Visted a friend today while she waits for a permanent room closer to home. Everything was clean except for the garden area that the dementia residents can walk around. It is discusting and wouldn't hurt for a gardner to come in and clean it up. Residence look out their windows looking at weeds,empty bottles tissues. They need to have the area cleaned up, so disappointed with blue care.
A little upset with this place...I asked for another pillow so someone could sit up and apparently there isn't ANY spare pillows in this place ..not ONE!!!? Doesn't seem to be much staff around, certainly wouldn't be my choice of care home!
