Sadly I don’t rate this Blue Care as a Home Care Provider at all, especially in rural or small regional towns. No services for many weeks, no alternative services provided and hard to contact someone about it immediately. I know sometimes this is to be expected living outside the cities but seriously our elderly and disabled persons deserve better.
The service at Gracemere Aged Care Facility is so 👍 👍, my mother loves it since she was admitted, she says the staff and nurses are so understanding of the problems of Aged Care. She has said the Centre is a lot better than her last place she was in.

Great staff willing to help, respite centre Monday to Friday. Fantastic nurses, Personal Career work from here. Admin staff fantastic.
