I did a bit of research and decide to do my piercings with Derek. I was not disappointed. Seeing as I was getting something extremely sensitive done (nipples) I wanted to make sure I found the best. His professionalism was astounding. Derek pierced my septum and did an amazing job! Even with my septum being deviated. I couldn't be happier, I know who I will be going to for all my piercing needs!
I have gone to Derek at Blue Boutique in Sugarhouse for all my piercings and I plan to go to him for future piercings as well. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I recently recommended my cousin go to him for his septum piercing as well and he was absolutely satisfied with the service he received too. The best part about going to Derek is how sanitary he is and how he always explains how to care for your piercings. I feel completely confident going to him and I recommend him 100%! 10 out of 10!
Derek at Blue boutique in sugarhouse was amazing!! He is so nice and patient. He will tell you everything you need to know before hand! And after as well. He will def be my permanent piercer! I've tried other places for one of my piercings and it just wasn't a good fit. Derek makes you comfortable, and talks to you to keep your nerves down! Over all, such a great person and piecer! I was pierced by Derek at Blue Boutique at the sugar house location. Before I actually arrived I was so nervous and scared that it was going to hurt and that I was going to bleed. Once I had arrived I met Derek and we got every thing all set up and papers signed. Once I picked out my beautiful piece of jewlery he walked me through the procedure as he was cleaning the piece. I was pierced by Derek while on vacation, visiting a friend in the area. I asked Derek to, not only, do three piercings on me, but to execute what I considered to be a nearly impossible surface piercing through scar tissue. Not only did he blow it out of water, but he went through with it when lesser piercers would definitely have given up and just told me that I was out of luck. Derek kept up with the challenge. I've gotten two piercings by Derek, he is by far the best piercer I've ever met. He is professional and friendly, he creates an amazing atmosphere. I live in West Valley and there is a blue boutique near my house, but because of Derek and the workers at the sugar house location I always go there. Everything is very clean, and he shows you that the piercing tools are sterile before you even lay down. My experience at Blue Boutique was fantastic! Derek was phenomenal. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable with my piercings.
