I have been using this company to help purchase products to fit out three boats, their service and quality has been excellent, with no issues. However, I recently purchased a trim tab kit and accidentally ordered the wrong size tabs. I asked if I could swap them for the correct size (which was a cheaper option), but they declined. I wasn’t seeking a refund—just an exchange. Very disappointed, especially as a regular customer.
