After requesting an exchange, I was met with rudeness and told I couldn't exchange items - despite no special conditions being made clear upfront. Under basic consumer rights, once a policy is offered, it should be honoured. Whether in Queensland or New South Wales, customers deserve clear, transparent terms. This experience fell far short. Potential buyers, be warned.

I bought a pair of Shimano boat shoes from Blue Bottle Marine,they kept me informed of delivery times throughout the entire process (which was quick and easy) it only took a couple of days for them to turn up, they were packaged securely and were delivered right to my front door.
