**In response to your comment on my review: You did not have proper paperwork as you never even asked to see a will which is required to prove the person transferring it has the right to do so. Pendot Fraud Dept is currently working on fixing your errors as well as the Palmerton Police and State Notary Division. Owner transferred my deceased father’s car to his caregiver with fraudulent info she was given and without seeing a will, which was supposed to be required to do a transfer like this. Forms were filled out incorrectly. She seemed apologetic and sincere after saying she never requires anyone to show a will and said she was going to fix things. Wonderful Lady. Bought and met up with a guy selling his utility trailer. She saw us standing out front 15 min before she opened and brought us in for the transfer. She apologized that she didn't have any trailer plates at the moment but said she could do the notary part to save us time. Nice and quick service. Would recommend!
