Blue Beetle has a fabulous selection of Nantucket charms. I ordered two from their online store. Love them! Jackie and Liz were especially helpful and their customer service was off the charts fantastic! Can’t wait to visit in person when I’m back on the island!
PLEASE PASS THIS SHOP! There are so many beautiful shops, THIS IS NOT ONE!! THE OWNER/or MANAGER of this one is horrendous. She was belittling her employees as I was waiting in line over a Canadian credit card. My husband accidentally bought my 9 year old a bracelet that was $80! When we asked for a refund and we can buy something less expensive THE OWNER/or MANAGER TOLD US NO! “Her SYSTEM does not DO REFUNDS, NOTHING CAN BE DONE”. Miserable store manager
Large selection of reasonably priced tasteful costume jewelry. Also quite a few ACK jewelry pieces that were totally gift worthy for souvenirs. Would’ve given 5 stars, but a couple of the earrings I purchased had quality issues (loose hinge and missing pave crystals) which I had to exchange before leaving town. Still totally worth visiting though!
I went to many high end stores in Nantucket and Blue Beetle had by far the best customer service! They respected their capacity limit! They offered you sanitizer spray when you walked in the door. They have a variety of aged employees from 18-50+ So you could get a variety of different opinions from staff when shopping for gifts. Within 5 mins someone was waiting on me.
