I paid for a massage back in October of 2025 and didn’t receive services until 6 MONTHS later. Blue balance wellness canceled on me literally 5 times. They did have a fire which was understandable to cancel once but it was super unacceptable to continue to schedule with me and then cancel day of multiple times. I’d receive a message a couple hours before the massage saying they weren’t even open yet or that someone was out sick. Excellent detoxification! I feel like a new person!!
Booked and paid for a massage back in December of 2025. They had a fire which canceled all appointments for a few months, understandable . The cancelation emails I received stated that someone would reach out to reschedule once they were back and up and running, no one did. I rescheduled myself online and I got canceled the day before due to a sick call. Waited two months for that appointment. Tried calling a few times to reschedule and never received a response. If you actually want a massage, I’d go elsewhere.
