I had thee best massage!! Got the hot stone massage and my masseuse Rihana was so awesome!! I had so much tension in my neck and shoulders and she worked it out with the perfect amount of pressure. Very knowledgeable and caring hands!! I will be back and I highly recommend!!
Some of the best customer service I’ve received getting a massage and Rihana did an exceptional job taking care of me. She’s super informative and accommodating!
Can’t speak to the quality of the services but I can say that their client communications is incredibly unimpressive. I have been consistently reaching out to this organization for the last 13 days via call, text, email and Instagram regarding my appointment. I was finally able to cancel it on my own but now have not been refunded despite their cancellation policy clearly stating otherwise. This review is a last resort to try to have someone actually respond to my multiple communication attempts.
Had 90 min massage done by Rihanna and facial spa afterwards by Roxanne. I FELT AMAZING AND I GLOWED AMAZINGLY! So much so that the gentleman that I passed as I was leaving, looked at me and said "You look amazing. This is my first time coming here, it must be a good place? To which I responded, it IS AN AMAZING PLACE! My friends reading this review, you definitely have to make your appointment today. .
Friendly, welcoming, and great service. I would definitely recommend and I plan on going back.
