I absolutely LOVED the sourdough class for beginners! Melissa truly broke down the process for us, and was extremely helpful in answering any questions, etc. Melissa was such a joy to be around and learn from. We walked away with (basically) two loaves of bread ready to bake at home, plus some of the starter & super clear instructions to continue making bread at home. Appreciate all the work she put in making sure everything was nice and organized. I will definitely be trying more of her other classes :-)
I have attended several group painting classes from Melissa and was a regular costumer of her bakery products. Melissa is so talented and is a gem of a person!
I attended Blu Moon’s (Melissa Fryer’s) paint classes, as well as her cake decorating classes, and ordered cookies/scones and many other goodies from her since we first met in 2018. When we met at Fort Irwin we were fast friends and I saw her business grow quickly! It was quick because of how useful, dynamic, relevant, and fun it is. I have been taking painting classes along with cake and cookie decorating classes from Blu Moon Art Studio for many years now. Melissa is a fantastic teacher and mentor with all things art and baking. She also knows a lot about the baking business!
Everything Melissa makes is amazing! As you try new things, each will quickly become your favorite from cookies to brownies to Rice Krispie treats to cake to her freeze dried candy! Oh don’t get me started on the freeze dried candy! Even candy that I didn’t really care for was delicious and airy after she worked her magic. Don’t wait! Start trying all of her treats now 😊
