I recently bought a blu phone and within 6 months of having the phone it died. I sent it to Miami Fl to be checked by there techs. I spent $6.80 to ship the phone out of pocket. I shipped the phone back in the same box it was it sent to me. Upon receiving my phone I was contacted through email stating my phone was not under warranty due to broken conducter pins. Therefore voiding the warranty of the phone . Now they want $43 to fix it or $10 to send back a broken. what? I called and talked with a supervisor hoping to get som... read more
