I would come back to this place just on the excellent customer service alone. After the gym, I was feeling sore & really wanted a quick sauna session (my gym doesn’t have one), & I was able to get a 45 min session 20 mins after I called asking about availability. The Place was clean, & the gentleman who helped me was super knowledgeable & made me feel at ease being there. He showed me around the entire place & was very personable. My friend recommended this place to me! I am new to saunas but was interested in all of the health benefits. After one session I was hooked and absolutely love coming. I look forward to it every week now! It's relaxing and very clean. I would definitely recommend trying it out!
A hidden gem in Escondido for infrared sauna! Can’t wait to try out their cold plunge next! No need to look for another wellness studio especially if you live close by! The owner makes you feel so comfortable, she’s super knowledgeable and very empathetic! Highly recommend!!!
Blu Life is great. Clean and comfortable facilities. Friendly and personable staff that often know you are coming and greet you by name when you walk through the door. Highly recommended!
Love this little local gem! Sauna's, vitamin boosts, cryotherapy, and so many other fun things I still need to try. The owner is a wonderful human. Love supporting this locally owned business. Health and self care is everything!
