A hidden gem in Escondido for infrared sauna! Can’t wait to try out their cold plunge next! No need to look for another wellness studio especially if you live close by! The owner makes you feel so comfortable, she’s super knowledgeable and very empathetic! Highly recommend!!!

Love this little local gem! Sauna's, vitamin boosts, cryotherapy, and so many other fun things I still need to try. The owner is a wonderful human. Love supporting this locally owned business. Health and self care is everything!
I leave the infrared sauna with more energy and I always get the best nights sleep. I have only been a few times and have seen such an improvement in the look and feel of my skin!
