Visited today and was very impressed with the infrared sauna and cold plunge. Its a very relaxing vibe and the owner was really friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here for a relaxing hour of indulgence.
i just started going here after my pilates classes for a sauna sesh and it is absolutely incredible!! The owner is the sweetest human and the studio is so clean and beautiful. I leave feeling absolutely incredible and my mood instantly boosted. highly recommend!!
Extremely effective and refreshing sauna.
Di at blu bodhi is amazing. We recently spent an afternoon there for a bachelorette party, and we had an absolute blast. The experience was so wonderfully curated and Di was so much fun. Was one of the highlights of our trip and will definitely be going back next time we’re in the cape!!!
