Not very happy with my experience. Was very rough with brushing and blow drying and I could see how much hair she basically ripped out of my head from her brush. Left feeling completely regretful that I came here.

I had an appointment today at 11 and she was ready right on time—no waiting at all! She finished even before the time she had mentioned, which shows how punctual and efficient she is. The salon was spotless and very clean. I just explained briefly what I wanted, and the result I got was even better than I expected. The color turned out great, the price was very reasonable, and I was amazed at how she worked so fast yet so neat. Did my first facial in a very long time with Simone right before my sisters wedding and I left with such soft skin and completely relaxed. I will def be going to her for all my future treatments!
