My physical therapist Haley was so patient and so sweet. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think I would’ve made it through my rotator cuff recovery!!!!
Abigail was my therapist during my time at Blount Memorial Total Rehab. She went above and beyond to help me. She looks at the physical but gives suggestions for overall health. I feel like I gained a friend as well as better health. I totally recommend Total Rehab and especially Abigail. However, everyone there was always super nice and helpful. Scheduling was easy as well as check in and check out. Front desk was always kind and helpful.
Amazing PT experience beginning at front desk and continuing with professional, personable therapists. David and Abigail were my primary therapists and they were wonderful! Their knowledge and expertise are top notch. They ask questions and listen carefully to give the best possible treatment. My pain level went from average of 8 to basically zero. Hurray!! I have exercises I can do at home to maintain my progress.
I had an amazing experience with two Professional physical therapists Who helped tremendously with my hip issues! Abigail and Britney, were always very punctual and thorough in addressing all of my needs and offering details solutions to fixing the problem. They were always kind, concerned, and gave me their full attention addressing any concerns I had from week to week. Because of them, I am walking better and in less pain! What a great experience at Blount Memorial Total Rehab. Everyone there courteous and professional. I have seen many PT’s over the years and Jen McAward is one of the best! Very intelligent and knowledgeable. A true professional who is passionate about the care she gives. I am now pain free! Thanks Jen and all the fine folks there!
