I have been a customer of Jim's for about 20 years. I was always happy. Since he sold it to Seth I cannot say the same. Phone calls and emails have not been returned timely if at all. When I told Seth that this was unacceptable, he told me that he was not going to apologize for taking a vacation. I told him he did not need to. He could simply put an out of office message on his phone and email. He told me I was not going to tell him how to run his business.
