Over the past year, the quality of care and resident activities has gone downhill. Activities that residents once looked forward to are now frequently canceled. The explanation we’ve been given is that the Activity Director is new and doesn’t have experience. I toured the MC neighborhood for my father and it was so clean and nice the staff was so nice the ones that I met and the supervisor Katrina was very helpful in helping me make a decision on placement I feel very pleased

Where do I start I would rate this facility a 10 out of 10. The staff here is amazing and always helpful. The facility is well kept and clean. I come here just about every day and everyone is so nice and always smiling. I would recommend florish anyday. They really take pride and taking care of their residents with positive attitudes and great morals while doing so. I would give this facility 5 stars anyday.

I absolutely love this place. The new staff is amazing and so patient. She doesn't have any issues with calls after hours and she makes it so much easier for my family not to worry. I am so glad we picked this place. They have definitely surpassed my expectations.
