I learned about Rekha and Blossom Hypnosis via a referral from my primary care physician. I was looking for anything to help me break my addiction to sugar and sweets. I must admit that when I called Rica, I had my doubts as to whether I could even be hypnotized, much less benefit from this type of treatment. I have been working with Rekha for several weeks on trauma, depression and anxiety and I feel so much lighter. The process is relaxing and subtle, but brings significant change. I now have the self-esteem to make big life choices that would have scared me before and I'm so much happier for it.

Rekha is an angel. Doing hypnosis was sort of a last ditch effort to get my anxiety, depression, and negative self talk under control. Through her guidance and powerful scripts I did just that. She was always calm and reassuring and always made me fell welcome and comfortable. I listen to our sessions often as she has sent me the recordings. We also worked on weight loss and I lost 10 lbs! I would highly recommend Rekha to anyone who is struggling with any of the issues that life throws our way!
