My mom loves the place and the staff. She talks to me about them like there family. And if you knew my mom you would expect her to complain or find something wrong, but no she is actually happy.
Debbie and I brought mom (Dorothy Slessman) to the Embassy of Willard for what turned out to be the last 5 days of her life. The administration went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth and as easy as possible. The staff were amazing for their attentiveness, compassion, care, support and genuine kindness. Trusting others who were previously unknown to me with her care did not come easily to me. My expectations were more than met. I appreciate everyone who had anything to do with her care.
