Sara and Lori were an integral part of my birth team. My approach to my first pregnancy was to let Sara and Lori be my primary guide for my pregnancy. This created space for my partner and I to focus on our relationship, our mental health, and preparing ourselves as parents and the postpartum and fourth trimester period.
