I can’t say enough good things about Jen. She provided me with support throughout conception and pregnancy. Jen provided both acupuncture and herbal support but more than that, her gentle demeanour created a safe space that felt incredibly comforting every time I went in. I found her treatments to be extremely helpful for decreasing stress and helping me to get into a zen state, I felt like my body melted into the table and my brain was finally able to rest. Jen is by far the most helpful practitioner I have ever seen.
Jen's treatments are so helpful for balancing hormones and reducing stress. I can always feel my nervous system instantly relaxing during treatments. She's also very knowledgable when it comes to supplements and herbs which could further support the issue at hand. She's kind, caring and supportive. Highly recommend :)
Jen is so kind and knowledgeable. I started the treatment with her to support my fertility and Jen helped me while I did my IVF treatment and during my whole pregnancy. The acunputure helped me so much. I would definitely recommend Jen to everyone.

I began seeing Jen to help manage my stress. It was affecting my sleep, and I was feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Jen was so kind and supportive, and after my first session I felt the deepest sense of calm and as if I’d had the best, most restorative sleep of my life.
