I am beyond frustrated with BlooSurf. I have contacted them multiple times and left messages and sent emails...no reply. I have had to use my phone's hotspot because there is NO CONNECTION. The only email I received from them was the one asking for my payment this month. Bloosurf is absolutely NOT worth it. I was put on the new SU tower which was bad from the beginning. I was told for 6 months I would be put on the new Northwood tower when it was completed. By this time, I was ready to move and asked them if they had the service in my new area. No, they don't. They lost the contract and someone else had to clean up their mess there.
