Up until recently the center's hours were M-F 7am to 7pm. Now, I guess the hours are M-f 8am to 4:30pm even though the center should be open the same hours that the busses run which is M - F 6:30am till 9pm But quite often the center is closed all day. And now that the weather is very cold outside it makes it very miserable for the people who ride the busses. Several bus drivers have been making belittling remarks about me, a disabled man, over their bus radios. They have also bullied me and continue to do so over their bus radios, when they know I am riding on the public busses.
