If it were possible to give no stars I would...this transit company is a joke...they completely overhauled their schedules so You can't catch a connecting bus at the terminal anymore...they STILL never leave on time...they also don't service parts of their routes when they don't feel like it...leaving people stranded waiting at bus stops...then when You call their so called telephone number to ask what's going on they tell You they don't know what You're talking about and they dismiss anything You say...I'm adding to this...... read more

A man was found on the floor in the bathroom after experiencing a seizure and instead of help being called, he was assaulted by someone else and literally pissed on. They have no sort of security to prevent vagrants from bothering passengers and certainly nothing to keep people from being assaulted. Do better Bloomington, this is disgusting and sad.
