This gym is consistently amazing. Yes, machinery breaks down. Yes, the AC goes out every now and then, but you will have that problem anywhere. They work to get it resolved as quickly as possible and that’s all that matters to me. I love this gym and everyone that goes or works there. The Child Watch staff is fabulous; I’ve trusted them with my son since he was 5 months old. Your facility sucks. You expect me to pay upwards of 50 dollars a month for pool access then severely restrict the time in which I can swim? When I was a member of the Defiance branch, the pool was open at all times during business hours to adults. Life guards aren't needed for adults who know how to swim. Have me perform a test to show I am capable and sign a waver if you must but this is ridiculous. It isn't worth it.

RecommendedGreat equipment, everything is always so clean and taken care of. The childcare is awesome so the kids can have fun while we work out and then go swimming as a family.
RecommendedHighly recommend this place. Equipment is clean and well maintained. Staff have been approachable and nice. Their Stay and Play has been a positive experience for both my toddler and me. She will ask throughout the day to go play at the Y with her friends. She loves coming! It’s a pleasant break to focus on myself and know she’s in good hands in the mean time.
The summer camp has had some pretty awful reviews. Have you, the YMCA staff, even reviewed or acknowledged the issues and concerns people have had? Kids Getting hurt and parents not being informed, things being stolen and nothing being done about it. To cost as much as it does you would think it would be more organized and have more attentive staff (staff is way too young). More concerned with your money than you as a person.
