Bloomington Bicycles deserves every bit of praise. I brought my bike in after accidentally assembling a few things wrong and even damaging a part, and the team could not have been more helpful. They fixed everything quickly, explained what happened without a hint of judgment, and never once made me feel foolish. They were simply kind, patient, and professional. Great service
The shop atmosphere is chill. The bike selection can accommodate all skill levels. The staff are very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and a blast to be around. I truly cannot think of a local bike shop more deserving of your business.
Really great service, fast and reasonably priced. It's also a convenient location, easy to get in and out of. Definitely my new go-to for bicycle needs.
I had a wheelchair emergency and they were able to order a tube for me, install it, and provide great conversation. It was super fast and very inexpensive. Super clean shop with tons of options.
